We're a small business who specializes in handcrafted soaps. Our soaps cure for a minimum of four weeks before we sell them. There may be times (although rare) where we don't have what you want in stock. This is why we ask that you email your order in (to avoid having to refund a card/adjust your payment). We will respond as soon as possible via email with a PayPal invoice that will show your order total in detail, including tax and shipping, along with a PayPal link to submit your payment. We know it's not as easy as adding each item to your cart as you go along, but it's the least confusing approach for us in the end. Your happiness as our customer is important to us, and we appreciate your business!

We're all about minimal waste here, so we recycle/reuse shipping materials, including boxes, packing peanuts, papers, etc., whenever possible! We are also a drop off center for packing peanuts as long as they are from a non-smoking facility/home.
